PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS:
Partnering with a developer with extensive experience in auto service centers, Insight Project Services was responsible for the management of the design, permitting, and construction of several Pep Boys Service and Tire Centers. Current locations include Dacula, GA, Hope Mills, NC, Fuquay-Varina, NC, Raleigh, NC and Chapel Hill, NC.
Utilizing Pep Boys’ 5,546 square foot prototype, each facility is designed to meet unique local codes and standards. The architecture is far above what is typically associated with an auto service center.
By managing the entire development, from the initial design through the delivery of the project, Insight Project Services has been able to streamline the process to allow for efficiencies in schedule and budget.
