PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS:

This development was the second of five planned facilities located in the Natural Resources Research Center located on the campus of Colorado State University.  The project was developed on a design / build / finance basis under a General Services Administration Solicitation for Offers process. Containing over 99,000 square feet of specialized office, research, and computer spaces, this facility will allow the GSA’s tenant, the Animal Plant Health Investigation Service, to consolidate their operations and will serve as a centralized regional office.

With a total scope of approximately $20,000,000, the project was completed on schedule despite the addition of over 8,000 square feet to the scope of work
