PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS:
This development was awarded through a Solicitation for Offers process by the General Services Administration, who sought a development team to design / build / finance the third building at the Natural Resources Research Center located on the campus of Colorado State University. This facility serves as the regional office for the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), and allowed the Tenant to consolidate several offices into one centralized facility, thereby eliminating the additional costs and inefficiency of being housed in separate locations. Significant features of the building include class A office space, computer spaces, laboratories, and research space. The building interiors are of a high quality that is consistent with the previous developments, and the architectural style complements the theme of the research and development park in which it is located. |
