Insight Project Services managed the design, permitting, and construction of Goodyear Tire and Service Centers located in Fredericksburg, VA, Indian Trail, NC, Waxhaw, NC, Winston Salem, NC, and Easley, SC.
These 6,300 square foot single tenant buildings are constructed of load bearing split face CMU and have exterior and interior finishes that are complementary with high-end retail construction of the neighboring buildings.
By managing the entire development, from the initial design through the delivery of the project, Insight Project Services has been able to streamline the process to allow for efficiencies in schedule and budget.
