PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS:
Each year, thousands of employees from more than 70 federal agencies are housed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Hotel-Type Facilities, a 500,000-square-foot facility developed through a unique public/private venture with the Glynn County Development Authority and the Glynn County Airport Commission.
The multi-phase development includes hotel-type housing, conference rooms, study areas, exercise facilities and recreation areas.
All three buildings were delivered ahead of schedule and well within the project budget.
